How long have you been a photographer?I've started my photography career in 2018 as a new mum. I've now shot over 100 incredible weddings. I photograph weddings all over the UK (mainly in Dorset, Hampshire & London way), but I love destination weddings and have shot some amazing weddings in Sweden, Italy & Greece.
-
How far will you travel?I will travel anywhere for you! Travel and hotel is included for most places in England and Wales.
-
How will you know what’s important to me?I always shoot weddings as if I’M the person getting married. During the day I never stop asking myself, ‘what would I like to see if this was my wedding?’ There's a lot of important things happening at a wedding and I'll be there to capture them. A few weeks before your wedding, you’ll fill in a pre-wedding questionnaire so I can fully understand what is most important to you.
-
Can we chat before we make a decision?I always recommend that we have a chat first, whether it’s over Zoom, a cuppa or a glass of wine. It’s really important to me that you find the right person - your wedding photographer is with you all day, after all. The more we get to know each other before the big day, the better your photos will be. It's all about our connection.
-
How do we book you?Once you've made your decision or we’ve had a chat about your day and the coverage you’re looking for, a £350 deposit and signed booking agreement will lock in your date. The remaining balance is due one calendar month before you wedding.
-
Can we see more photos?Yes, of course. Simply click here to find a gallery with some of my recent sneak peeks. And you can obviously see some full day galleries on request, too. Just mention it when you're filling in the contact form.
-
Are you insured?Yes! I'm insured through PolicyBee - public liability and professional indemnity Europe wide.
-
Do we need to feed you?A hot meal would be really appreciated. I usually work for 8+ hours and don't really have a break, time to snack or go and buy some fresh food (no one likes eating a sandwich that has been in the car all day). I'm not asking for a 3-meal course though. Just something to fill my belly, which gives me more energy to get those epic party shots.
-
What if you're ill?I've never missed a wedding to this day (touch wood). However, no photographer can ever guarantee this but it would have to be the most serious illness or circumstances for me to not show up on your day. Rest assured if it ever happens, I’m part of a strong network of trustworthy photographers all over the UK who I could contact to replace me in case of an emergency. I won't leave you hanging.

When will we receive our photos?24-72 hours after your wedding, you'll receive a beautiful sneak peek gallery with around 30-50 pictures. It usually takes me around 12 weeks to deliver your final gallery, but during main season it could take me slightly longer (I'm a perfectionist and want you to have the most stunning photos, so I don't like to rush things just for the sake of it)
-
How does a typical wedding day look like?Your package includes 9 continuous hours of coverage. It's completley up to you how you use them. I usually show up 2 hours before the ceremony for prep and leave 30 mins after the first dance. If you require extra hours, that's no problem at all, you can make that decision even on the actual day.

Do we need a second shooter? If you're having more than 80 guests at your wedding, are really keen on candid photos or choose to get married during late autumn/winter, I strongly recommend a second shooter. A second shooter helps to tell a more complete story of your day. Both morning preparations, different angles during the ceremony, the 2nd shooter can capture all the emotions of your guests while I can fully concentrate on you, and while I'm busy shooting other things like group photos etc, they can capture all the fun things your guests are up to. It would be someone I fully trust, so it works out as having two main photographers capturing the day.
-
What about group shots?I bloody LOVE group shots. I think they're some of the most important shots of the day. If you think about what kind of photos you usually share on your social media, it's probably selfies with your besties and family (and you're looking straight at the camera). I recommend to limit the list to 10 shots and I'll make sure to add some various constellations, so we got all the important ones. This sounds like a lot, but trust me, it isn't. I need around 30 mins to get it all done and then you can go off and mingle with your guests. If you obviously want less or none, that's totally cool with me, too.
-
Do you help in the planning progress?Yes, absolutely. I'm more than happy to help with your wedding timeline, recommend awesome suppliers, choose some bangers for your playlist, etc. Just let me know what I can help you with, and we'll sort it out.
-
How many pictures will we receive?Every wedding is different and I capture the events as they unfold, so every gallery is different. You'll receive between 500-800 images for a full day coverage. Your gallery consists of 70% colour and 30% black & white images (I mean who doesn't love black & white). Close up shots and detail shots are my fav, so expect a quite a few of them.
-
Do you photoshop us?Not really! I truly believe that everyone is beautiful and it's my job to show you how beautiful you are. I only remove temporary things like spots, bruises & blemishes. If you're conscious about certain things, please let me know, so I can be extra aware when posing you.
-
What happens when it rains?Unfortunately, we can't control the weather. I usually recommend to embrace whatever comes our way. I always have a clear umbrella in the car for some outdoor couple shots. If it's pouring it down, we will find some indoor space for couple photos.
